Group bookings
At Arthur’s, we welcome group bookings for private events or celebrations.
Please read the group booking policy below and contact us directly to make your reservation. Bookings should be made directly only, and will not be accepted if booked through a third-party website.
Group Booking Policy
Booking and Cancelation - If booking 4 rooms or more at Arthurs a 20% deposit will be required to secure the booking. This will be refundable if cancelled up to 30 days before the date of arrival. If cancelled after 30 days, this deposit will be non-refundable. Payment in full will be required 30 days before arrival.
The front lounge is our daytime café this can be made available to guests after 4pm to late, however a charge applies because we will require staff to manage this, price on application. To use this room late after 10pm we require you to book all 12 rooms due to noise impact.
We must advise that Arthurs welcomes children but is less suitable than our other locations. We do not permit children to be left alone in a room even if booking all rooms, we are not registered for self-catering.
There are no kitchen facilities we can discuss private chef experiences but they must be on our approved list.
No pets.
Decorations must be discussed beforehand.
No Hen /Stag but we do welcome these at our LIsnaucrran and Ralphs Locations.
