Sandy’s Room is located on the lower ground floor and is rear-facing.

The feature super king headboard for this room is in the Art Deco style, a bespoke shape we designed in-house to facilitate a multi-use layout for the Room. The main bed can be made up as either a super-king or two singles.  Please advise us in advance if you require 2 beds. This room also has a single bed with pull-out bed, making it popular with families or friendship groups. 

This is our dedicated accessibility approved room.

Inspired by views of Hillsborough’s ancient trees dancing above the rooftops we choose a William Morris Leaf Design in the signature warm autumnal hues.

This room has corridor access directly to the outside, it is accessible for guests with mobility differences. As expected, this room has a large bathroom with a large walk-in level access shower.

Your ‘Corridor Store’ will have an Iron, ironing board, fan and travel cot - feel free to use these at any time.
